For families who did not order this year’s supplies from 1st Day, click here to see the 2021/22 supply list for each grade level. Teachers will reach out to families with instructions on bringing the supplies to school. (Note: Bringing items in a bag is encouraged. Large 1st Day boxes are not needed.)

Time: K-2nd grade 5:30-6:30pm
          3rd-5th grade 6:30-7:30pm

M-R Pride! Get Your Mountain Lion Gear!

Mason-Rice has a new spiritwear store with lots of great gear!  Visit the store between now and September 30th to get your own Mountain Lion wares!

20% of all sales go to support the Mason-Rice PTO.

The Blue Zone

The Blue Zone (curbs painted blue on both sides of Pleasant Street) are strictly for drop-off/pick-up.

Drivers MUST remain in the car at all times.
Students must be able to enter/exit the car independently (on passenger side).

Parents/Guardians, please watch this video made by past year’s PTO with all the info you need to know about the Blue Zone. Please share this link with any caregiver who will be picking your child up during the year.

Don’t Forget! Update Your Child’s Classroom Teacher in the PTO’s Online Directory!

NPS does not make classroom rosters available, so it’s on us to update our information! To see who’s in your child’s classroom:

1. Update your child’s teacher in the dropdown menu of your account/profile page in MTK.
2. Next, go back to the search and SORT by teacher’s name to find out who else is in your child’s class.  

Check back regularly as others update their profiles. 

*Don’t forget to download the MTK app to your phone/mobile device so you always have the Directory and class lists with you!

Free: Breakfast and Lunch for Families

For the 2020-2021 academic year, FREE breakfast and lunch is available for ALL students. There are grab-n-go options for in-person pick-up or separate pick-up locations at the high schools for virtual learners.

Shop with these Partners and a Portion of the Sale will be Donated to the Mason-Rice PTO!

Your usual shopping can support PTO-funded activities (such as teacher classroom allowances, appreciation lunches, and curriculum-enhancing programming) for all M-R students. 

Last year, the Mason-Rice community shopped with our partners and raised nearly $1500 while participation in our Spring ’21 Restaurant Series raised an additional $1100!
