Dear Mason-Rice Parents,
Only five more weeks of school left to go and we have a lot of events and happenings in those short weeks.
We’d like to thank Katie McIntosh and Ruth Ross for organizing the wonderful 3rd Grade Recorder Concert. The Centre was packed to the rafters and our little 3rd graders put on an amazing performance with over 100 children playing in perfect harmony.
Anyone is welcome to attend the PTO budget meeting today at 8:40am in the MSRAP. Want to be more involved or influence how things are run? We encourage you to attend and find out about open positions for next year. We would love more kindergarten to grade 3 parents to get involved as we have many active parents who are leaving Mason-Rice this year as their youngest child graduates. There are in-person volunteering opportunities and other roles where the planning and organizing can mostly be done from the comfort of your own home with an internet connection. Stay tuned for communication regarding open positions.
Join your fellow homeworkers and makers for a local lunch date at Central today at 12pm, detail in the signup genius in the events section below.
As stated earlier there are a plethora of things happening between now and the end of school. Please keep reading below and try and volunteer to assist where you can.
